New Hope With Old Books: Contact Books
for Africa, the nation's largest shipper of donated
books to sub-Saharan Africa. (651) 602-9844. (Lifted

Tax-deductible book drive for
Ghana will furnish the Yaa Nyarkoa Library
and serve the 20,000 people of two towns, Agona Duakwa
and Agona Nsaba. Collect books from your attic, basement,friends,
neighbors and coworkers and donate -or ask the doners
to give- a dollar per book that will be used for shipping
costs. If you are a school teacher, please consider
making this a class, or even school, project. If you
live in the New York area, I will be glad to come and
collect the books from you. If you are in another part
of the country - or world - email me and we can make
arrangements to get the books from you to the library.
